A Lucas County grand jury on Wednesday indicted two Toledo men in connection with the shooting of a 17-year-old last month.
Jeromain Dorsey, Jr., 20, of the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue and Raheem Belmon, 25, of the 2700 block of Wayman Palmer Drive each were indicted for felonious assault with a gun specification for a July 3 incident in which D'Laquan Barber was shot in the neck.
The victim told police he was walking with Belmon to the 1500 block of Milburn Avenue when he was shot by Mr. Dorsey. As the Barber youth was running away, he said Belmon also fired at him.
