Creosote Plant is Unlikely Spot for 'Arty' Pictures Beauty is where you find it. For example, this picture represents an abstraction in black and white, but it actually is a train of cages used at the Jennison-Wright Corp., 2463 Broadway. The cages are loaded with wood blocks, which are rolled into a 132-foot-long chamber where a creosote -and tar mixture is impregnated into the blocks under pressure. They are used as factory flooring to John Seeley, assistant superintendent. Toledo Blade staff photographer John Collier found the beauty in the pattern of light and shadows. Mr. Seeley said that artists groups often work in the yard on Sundays.
