Brian Boyce, age 34, passed away unexpectedly on May 25, 2026, leaving behind a family and community who loved him deeply. His sudden passing has created an immeasurable loss for all who knew him.
Brian was a graduate of Perrysburg High School and The Ohio State University. Over the last four years, he made his home in Florida, where he enjoyed the sunshine, beaches, and coastal lifestyle that brought him so much happiness.
Brian was known for his kind heart, loyal friendship, and the joy he brought to those around him. He loved music, basketball, and spending time outdoors. He especially enjoyed the beaches of the Carolinas and Florida, where he found peace, happiness, and some of his favorite memories. He also was an avid reader, always wanting to learn more about the world around him. Whether spending time with friends and family, enjoying nature, or sharing laughter and stories, Brian made every moment meaningful.
He will be remembered for his caring spirit, his love for those closest to him, and the countless memories he created with the people he cherished most. Brian's presence brought comfort, laughter, and strength to many, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
Brian is survived by his mother, Laurie O'Malley, and her husband, Russ Janson; his father, David Boyce, and his wife, Karen Kinzig; his brother, David Boyce, and his wife, Jenny Boyce; his beloved niece, Eliza Boyce; his step-sister, Beth Janson; his uncle and aunt, Doug and Vanessa Boyce; his uncles, Gary O'Malley and Dan O'Malley; and many loving first and second cousins, including Jodi, Bobby, Zoe, Owen, Kelly, Cori, Stan, Stephanie, Greg, Aidan, and Jason.
Brian's memory will forever be treasured by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of Brian's life will be held at a later date.

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Quackenbush, a man of quiet wisdom and a wonderful sense of humor. He was born April 2, 1949, to Frank and Viola Quackenbush, and entered into the presence of the Lord on May 22, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
He received an associate degree from the University of Toledo, before training as a journeyman carpenter. He began a second career as a carpet installation expert and started his own installation company. During his second career, he developed an artistry for installing carpeted wall murals, specializing in bowling center remodeling. He traveled the country installing murals in over 200 bowling centers, employing many family and friends when needed. He will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
He is survived by his loving wife, Randi; sons, Joel (Sussian), Eric; and grandchildren, Elias and Quinn. Also survived by his sister, Sharon Whalen; brother, Jim (Anita) Quackenbush; and mother-in-law, Ruth Haynes; as well as family members and many, many friends.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church, 4560 Glendale Ave, Toledo, Ohio. Friends and family may visit from 9:00 a.m. until the service begins. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to the Trinity Lutheran Church debt elimination campaign.
The celebration of life will begin at 2:00 p.m., at John and Randi's home, 6107 N. Texas St., White House, OH. Please join us in celebrating John.

Thomas "Tom" Lyle Campbell
Thomas "Tom" Lyle Campbell was born in Adrian, Michigan, on May 31, 1948, to Thomas Howell Campbell and Phyllis Jenean (Young) Campbell. He was raised in Adrian until he was 12 years old, when his family moved to Toledo, Ohio. Tom passed into his new life on May 21, 2026. He was preceded in death and greeted by his beloved first wife, Mary Margaret (Margo Bush) Campbell; his father, Thomas Campbell; and his brother, James Campbell. Surviving to cherish his memory are his beloved second wife, Yadira Ricardez Chapa; daughter, Marie (Matthew) Smith; son, Aaron Campbell; and grandson, Jacob Weir. Also surviving are Tom's 98-year-old mother, Phyllis Campbell; his sisters, Reba Campbell and Michele (Anthony) Lowe; and brother, William (Linda) Campbell; and several nieces and nephews.
Tom attended Central Catholic High School in Toledo, where he met Margo. They were married in 1971 and celebrated 47 years of happiness together. They lived in Toledo, OH; Burbank, CA; Taylor, MI; and Coral Springs, FL. Tom and Yadira met at church and were married in 2020. They lived in Coral Springs, FL.
Tom received his Mechanical Engineering degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI, and his Master's degree in Business from the University of Toledo. He spent his career working in hospitals as a Facilities Management Director, caring for patient equipment, construction, maintenance, and accreditation compliance.
Tom was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from the time he was baptized at age 26 until his death, serving in many positions of the church. Tom and Margo were sealed for time and all eternity in the Washington, D.C., Temple on July 10, 1975. Tom and Yadira were sealed for time and all eternity in the Fort Lauderdale, FL, Temple on November 11, 2020. "Families are Forever" was his greatest joy. He loved family and friends, but also enjoyed reading, learning, golf, woodworking, beekeeping, hallmark movies, and doing things he had never done before.
Although we miss Tom dearly, we are grateful for the joy of having him with us for over 77 years. We find peace in the gospel of Jesus Christ and the thought of his happy reunion with loved ones gone before. In memory of Tom, please do an extra act of kindness, and definitely eat a great vegan meal.
Friends and family are invited to visit at Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 W. Sylvania Ave., Toledo, on Sunday, May 31st, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home, on Monday, June 1st, at 10:00 a.m., with Bishop Boden officiating. Following the service, Tom will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery, 5725 Hill Ave., Toledo.

Perry Randall Ratliff passed away surrounded by his loving family on May 23, 2026 at the age of 71.
He was born November 24, 1954 in Pike County, KY to Speirl and Elita Ratliff. Perry joined the Marines after high school and married the love of his life, J. Ann in 1975.
Perry loved his country, his family, and his pets fiercely.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, J. Ann, his three sons, Justin (Tiffany and Brody), Cassidy, and Miles (Emily), and his dogs Jax and Lily.

A graveside service has been set for Lorene Swearengen who passed away on December 14, 2016, in Owatonna, Minnesota. It will be held on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park, 3665 Genoa Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551. In the event of rain it will be held in the chapel. There will be a luncheon afterwards at 2111 Shoreland Ave., Toledo, OH 43611.
